Spotted these new Reeboks at Corporation Cube which are said to be dropping for the new 2007S/S, 80’s collection FREESTYLE to celebrate it’s 25th anniversary with a special collection of six limited-edition shoes that debuted at a New York City exclusive event on March 2007. The Reebok sponsored event called “Freestyle Forever” included celebrities and highlighted moments in past and present Freestyle history. Rumors say that only 66 pairs will drop in Japan! Reebok Freestyle is a women’s athletic shoe style that was introduced in 1982 and designed for aerobic exercise. It quickly surged Reebok into the mainstream athletic wear market and fashion scene along with becoming one of the most popular athletic shoes of all time. In 1984, the shoe accounted for more than half of the Reebok sales. As a result, the Freestyle became a 1980s fashion icon and is still manufactured to this day. Remember Flashdance?

=my homey bought the right pair over at undftd (la brea) 2 weeks ago, but i didn't know how special they are. i don't remember what the retail price was for them. but the undersole of the shoe is pretty insane. iced sole with nice art on the bottom.
i don't think they're too hard to get out here since they've been sitting on the undftd rack for a little while now, compared to the rumor of japan having only 66 pairs.
you can check em out more on the middle part of this video taken at undftd:

ehh not a big fan of the classics being all colorful.. I'll be honest, when I first saw the Sportie LA x Reebok Classics a while back, I thought they were tight.. but seeing all these new crazy colorways of the shoe..

I wanted a pair of classics to be a substitute for the lack of new balance classics i had, but the shiny PL-wannabe leather throws it off and I never got to forking out cash for a pair.
I'm interested in the following, in any condition:
Dunk low 8.5 - 9.5
Dunk hi 8.5 - 9.5
[x]BA [ ]Fog [ ]Ghost [ | ]Melvins [ ]Shimizu [x]Shypink [x]T19
Icecreams
cheap bapes?
adidas, reebok, new balance, etc etc

these were actually out last year in Dr. Jays, at least the Lo tops were.
I picked them up in october or november I believe.
Totally forgot about em.
Guess they are re-introducing them or these are slightly different color releases?

the boxes they came in were cooler than the shoes.
the guy that did the designs is kind of one of those "textile artists", stencil / collage method.
Roland Berry.

really trendy clothing designs and stuff.
