inike4life is a scamer

This guy hit me up around christmas with tons of cred on ebay and solecollector, said he woudnt ship first, so i did. Ive been trying to get something back for about a month now, and nothing finally today i said i was filing a report and he said he moved. no biggie tho, ive got and active name,number,address(if valid), ebay username, solecollector username. I shipped with tracking and confirmation and he confirmed he recieved then through texts. 

Overall i lost about $550.

Can you please post all the relevant details of your transaction, ie what shoes you sent and what he was supposed to send in return.

He was to send me DS Tiffs sz12 and DS calis sz12.

After i received the shoes from him, i would send him $50 through paypal.

Not to rub salt in the wound, but DS Tiffs are worth well over 600. Way too good to be true

I get that, and usually for a 12, tiffs are more than 600, but it was christmas time and he said he was giving them to his nephew, so i just chalked it up to he was in a rush. I even talked to him on the phone, he gave me all his info, gave me a sob story of how he shipped at the same time as someone else and got a beat pair of 3s when he was supposed to get galaxy foams.

about a week ago i messaged him saying i was filing a report with his local police for theft, and flaming him online (like now), but he immediately responded after about 2 weeks of silence saying he was in a "fatal car crash" i figured id give him 1 more chance to get the shoes to me.

How old is he ? Does hive live with his parents ?

i contacted another guy who got scammed by him, he said he called azpd and they said file locally, so i did. not sure of his age but hes a younger guy, probly 20s my guess. i dont think hes with his parents.

Theres another name in this scam, Luke Arandules, who is the person i shipped to. If Nick signed for the package, i can file for fraud with usps and get my insurance money back. good thing i put signature on it. i just need to get in cantact with usps for the signature sheet.

damn! good thing I didn't pull the trigger on some Y2's this guy was selling on ISS. He came off pretty strong saying his name is Nick and that he had just sold some pigeons to a guy in florida and that the Y2's were legit and came with a receipt. He came off asking if I had eminem 4's and that he had 10 stacks ready to give me. I had asked for tagged pictures of the Y2's and he sent me multiple pictures where some pics were tagged and some weren't? Each picture wasn't consistent with the others? He kept pushing legitness and to look at his ebay references. I went to look at his references but they're all purchases and maybe 2 were from selling (computer stuff)? regardless, I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger and hope that you get yours resolved. best of luck.

In the future, this is what I say when it comes to trading shoes, spend extra money and only send ONE shoe. Once you get his, then you guys can do a second shipping.

With one shoe, both parties can't do much. It's a simple, effective method to protect yourself. Please keep this in mind for the future and best of luck getting APD involved.
